BACK IN TIME

Radio "ILIRIA" is the most successful radio in Albania, produced by "URT" Durrës around the 70s. Based on design of the Romanian radio, "MILCOV 7". Radio "ILIRIA" operates in the medium wave band AM and short wave SW. It is powered by 4 batteries R20 1.5V or by an external 6V power supply. With this radio, before the 90s, the broadcasts of "Radio Tirana" as "From one match to another" music of festivals or popular but also stations foreigners, as well as "Sanremo". The ILIRIA radio was a bit difficult to transport since it was large and the batteries were heavy, but this did not stop people from taking it with them to beaches, stadiums, excursions, etc.

Altvista has created a replica of this radio where the case design is kept to the original but by reducing the dimensions by 1/2. The electronic circuit is adapted for FM radio waves and Bluetooth. The power is from an internal battery that can be charged.

INSTRUCTIONS

To turn on the radio, turn the volume from the zero position until you hear a slight click. Adjust the volume as desired and on the top switch you can select a)FM or b)BT.

a-FM Radio allows you to select the stations you want via Tuning in the FM band 88MHz - 108MHz.

b-BT Bluetooth allows you to connect to your mobile phone or other devices for a more personalized listening experience. After searching for a new device, “CA-6928 5.0 BT” will appear, connect and it's ready.

The ILIRIA radio has an internal 3.7V 18650 Li-Ion battery that can be charged from a 5V USB-C power supply. The full charge time is 4 hours, with a single charge it can stay on for about 50 hours.
